If I was actually crazy enough to buy that bottle for 450 Euro, I would’ve been pretty damn disappointed! Or maybe the setting wasn’t right.. Anyway, I’m willing to give it another try on someone else’s tab!

for those of you who have never tried the wonders of Federweißer, Neuwein!!! Please you owe to yourself. Federweisser can also be Red oder Rot auf Deutsch…. accompanied with Zweibelkuchen (Onion Quiche) is even better. It is a German tradition during the harvest season; September until the first week in Ocktober. Search for it in the USA and please let me know where you find it.
